Project Scope and Timeline: All services will be performed according to the specific agreements made between you and MarketB2B regarding the scope, deadlines, and deliverables of a project. Any changes to the agreed scope may require additional fees or adjustments to timelines.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to perform services. Failure to provide necessary resources (e.g., data, references, feedback) in a timely manner may result in delays or additional costs. MarketB2B is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information.

Payment for services will be agreed upon before the start of the project. A deposit may be required before work commences. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay in a timely manner may result in suspension of services or cancellation of the contract. All payments must be made through the agreed methods listed on our website or communicated via email.

​We aim for client satisfaction, and most projects include a reasonable number of revisions to meet expectations. Revisions are based on the original brief and any changes beyond this scope may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the draft unless otherwise stated.

​Upon full payment, all rights to the written content created by MarketB2B will be transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to use excerpts of the work for promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio or testimonials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. If the contract is terminated by the client, MarketB2B reserves the right to invoice for any work already completed. In cases where the project is terminated by MarketB2B, we will issue refunds for any incomplete services or unbilled work.

MarketB2B will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our total liability, in any case, will be limited to the fees paid for the project in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will signify acceptance of the new terms.
